Events
A Staff Attended Flag has been added. This is displayed on the Staff / Financial Tab in Event Details.
The Staff Attended Flag is True by default. On Upgrade, Attended is set to TRUE where attendance hours > 0
The Number of Staff Attended is displayed on the main Event screen and on the Event Staff Screen.
Unnamed Staff are counted as Attended. Basic and Detail reports reflect the Overall and Staff tabs on the Event screen.
When the Event Duration is updated, a prompt is displayed to ask to update all individual staff hours & attendance flags.
The Copy Staff facility when creating a new event copies the line manager and the Event Duration.
Only Events requiring Certification have a default Result of "Ongoing" (Event Staff Details screen). The standard default result is now "n/a".
Refreshers
An option is available on the Event Staff Details screen to indicate that a member of staff does not require a refresher (even when the event is flagged as requiring a refresher). If this flag is ticked, the staff member will not be displayed in the "Refreshers Required" list.
Staff Screen
The default date for Date of Birth set to 01/01/1970. The default Date Started & Continuous Service are todays date (Staff Details - New)
Surname and Firstname fields will automatically capitalise the first character.
Questionnaires
Customisable text is now available for a second footer box, the "Signed:" box and the "Date:" box for a questionnaire group.

Events
New field to allow Adding the number of staff to an Event without actually putting in the Staff Name (Useful for Staff briefings – no record of who attends – just numbers of attendees recorded).
Use Current Staff flag to filter out non-current staff requiring refreshers.
Display the EventID autonumber – so it can be used as a reference.
When Copying an Event, an option is now available to copy the Event with Staff.
When the event start date is modified, set the end date to be the same (where start date < end date).
Addition of a Certification flag to an event and a Result field to Staff Event Details screen – then a report that will show certified events and results against each of the event staff.
Adding Staff to an Event – should only show staff main contract for current staff.
New Report: Show Num. Staff, Attendance Hrs, Cost Grouped By Strategic Objective, Section, Event Name.
Refreshers
Event Refreshers - Don't show people who have left (use the Current Staff Flag).
Event Refreshers - when adding to an Event (via the refreshers button) - have each person not ticked as default.
If a person is added to a refresher event manually, (i.e. not via the refreshers button), remove the person from the Refresher Courses Required list.
Event Documents
Document Maintenance - Add a "Don't Use" flag - when ticked, the document won't be available for selection from the Event Documents tab (Event Details).
Section, Sub Section, Duration, EventID added to Mailmerge export.
Staff Screen
Added "Dr” to salutation drop-down list (Staff Details).
All Staff Contracts may be deleted from a member of staff – there is now a warning when this is done - Startup now creates a "dummy" contract for any member of staff without one.
New Staff - surname and firstname checked to ensure that the member of staff isn’t already in the DB - a warning is given.
New Staff Contract: The default Contract start date will be set the same as Details Date Started.
When Next is pressed (Staff screen), set cursor to 1st field on Details tab.
Staff Qualifications
Recording Staff Qualification Details (and who is working towards qualifications). - New tab on Staff Screen, three new reports available from the Staff Screen.
If Event Result is entered and linked to a Qualification Type, Staff Qualification record is updated.
Providers
Provider Address - now in UK - not international labels!
Questionnaire Reporting
A new report that shows the text answers to a questionnaire
