ProAchieve v9.1.1 and ProGeneral v12.1.1 patches now available

Maintenance patches are now available for the latest versions of ProAchieve and ProGeneral. You can download the new versions here: http://www.compasscc.com/Support/ProA...

The patches contain a variety of changes to address issues reported in v9.1.0 (see release notes in download file), the most significant changes in terms of LR and ER data are listed below.

• LR Summary - High grades definitions updated (see below)
• LR Funding - Co-funded learners showing as Fully funded

• ER Funding - Now creates and displays 11/12 data
• ER Apprenticeships - Caters for enrolments on the same programme in the same year

*Note the maintenance script emailed to all colleges on 3rd February is included in the v9.1.1 patch.

User Groups - To be held between 16th and 27th April

We would like to thank everyone who voted for their preferred dates for the upcoming user groups. The second half of April was overwhelmingly the preferred choice and we will be booking dates and venues in the near future. More information and agendas will be available soon.

High Grades - Definitions updated
The Data Service has recently included a high grades table in the 10/11 LR technical specification that defines high grades for various aim types. This table has been used to update the high grades logic in ProGeneral and one noticeable change is to the high grades for GCSEs. The maintenance patch will automatically update the high grades in your imported ILR data and this will be reflected in your ProAchieve summaries when they are recreated.
