ProEngage Support Forum
ProEngage now has its own forum available from the Compass website. You can use the forum to discuss any aspect of the ProEngage system - in particular we hope it will help you with questions best answered by other users of the system and to discuss new features. ProEngage Version 2
Version 2 will be released in early May 2008 and will be available to be downloaded from this website. In order to download Version 2, please register with the website and then click click here to request access.
For Version 2, ProEngage is being rewritten using the new Compass .NET Framework. This will provide us with a fresher, more up-to-date appearance and some great new functionality to help improve the user experience. In addition the following areas will also be developed:
Marketing Campaigns
The existing Marketing Campaign functionality will be extended to include the following; business objectives, target audience, area of college, what is being promoted, start and end dates, initial budget and costing information.
Integration with Microsoft Outlook
An Outlook Add-In will be supplied allowing ProEngage data to be used within Microsoft Outlook. The Add-In will allow emails to be imported into ProEngage, activities to be viewed as tasks, meetings to be added to the Outlook calendar and contacts to be viewed and edited within the Outlook environment.
Integration with MIS Data
ProEngage will allow enrolment and work placement data from the college’s MIS to be viewed by Organisation within the ProEngage application. All data will be read only. In addition ProEngage will provide a mechanism for automatically adding new Organisations to the ProEngage database that have been added to the MIS.
Employer Satisfaction Analysis
ProEngage will allow Employer Satisfaction Survey results to be entered/imported and analysed. Multiple survey results will be allowed per Organisation. This will allow filtering and reporting on (and marketing to) Organisations based on the results of the surveys.
Organisation Needs Analysis
The existing Training Needs section will be replaced with an Organisation Needs Analysis section, this will allow the recording of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) data and an Organisation’s business objectives for the short, medium and long term.
