Student CRM Module
For colleges that use ProSolution, a new module has been added to ProEngage that allows the CRM functionality of ProEngage to be applied to ProSolution’s students. The functionality that this allow, over and above that in ProSolution is as follows:

- Management of marketing campaigns and targeting students based on previous enquiries, applications and enrolments
- Management of work and call back to ensure that student enquiries are followed up in a timely fashion
- Generation and automatic recording of emails and letters, manual recording of phone calls, tasks, meetings etc
- Access to ProSolution Course marketing information to allow course information to be emailed/posted directly from ProEngage
