Importing Data
ProGeneral lets you import many types of file for use with the full range of Compass College Software - one import serves all products. The various files that you can import are:
- ISRs and ILRs (FE/WBL/LR/ER/TTG etc.)
- LIS output (ISRs, ILRs and Funding)
- Planning Data
- Monitored Data
- Course/College Structure

Administering Users
For many systems you can set up two types of users:
administrators (who have full access to functions) and
general users (who have restricted access). You can specify:
- User passwords
- Which products a user may access
- Within which college level (ie. faculty/department etc.) a user may view data for

Licences
ProGeneral lets you enter licence numbers for your college's range of Compass College Software. Licences can be entered for Compass College Systems including:
- ProAchieve
- ProEngage
- ProMonitor
- ProSolution
- ProResource
