The latest version of ProMonitor represents a major breakthrough for monitoring students’ progression.

As the well as the established facilities for allowing staff to record information via the interactive mark book and the Individual Learning Plan (ILP) we have introduced a new module: The Student ILP.

The Student ILP lets you design the forms that enable you to make information available to your students and to let them provide feedback.  All this is available within a sophisticated yet intuitive web-based program.

Main features include:

• Give learners online access to their ILP
• Ability to enter and check induction and progress review details prior to tutorial meetings
• Learner surveys
• Access to read only markbook module information 

The new version has been designed with staff and students from Newcastle-under-Lyme College and has been extensively trialed at several colleges during 2008.

Version 4.3 will be demonstrated at the forthcoming User Groups to be held at Newcastle-under Lyme and South Tyneside Colleges during May.  Although primarily for current users there are a limited number of places available for colleges that have expressed a serious interest in ProMonitor.
